Lose Weight By Eating More

Most people, even those trying to lose 10 pounds fast, do not believe that it is even remotely possible to ‘eat more to lose weight’. There are huge risks if you go on starvation diet that is commonly believed as the fast weight loss diet. You could be fighting obesity for the rest of your life because of the severe harm it brought to your body’s weight management systems. You can live a healthier life and stay away from tremendous damage.

It is important to first understand the correlation between metabolic rate and eating frequency. To achieve that you need to be familiar with how the body functions when you don’t eat for three or more hours. Lastly, your appetite increases when you starve yourself for more than three hours. You get that heavy feeling, exactly the same as you feel after your Christmas dinner. Fats are not burned this way. On the other hand, your metabolism is decreased that results to more fat stored in your body.

When you eat smaller bites more often, you will surely lose weight faster. You can maintain your ideal metabolic rate if you eat every two hours and this will also keep you away from over-eating. It helps to snack on fruits and vegetables to keep the energy level that your body needs.  This will help your body from moving to its ‘fat-storing’ mode. These are healthy diet plans.

Planning will help you. When you go shopping next time, go get yourself a supply of healthy snacks and go for metabolism boosting foods. You can have a mashed boiled egg with cottage or cream cheese. Add a stick of celery with fresh almonds to complete your snacks. Make healthy snacks a part of your diet and do away with junk food. Eat something every two hours.

Smaller bites for a smaller belly.

Use a small plate instead when you’re home or you can always ask for the kid’s serving when you’re in a restaurant.Have a clear soup to start the meal. It will help if you’re able to eat 80% of your food before four o’clock. You can either do these:  drink a glass of water 10 minutes before your meal or eat a piece of dark chocolate. Your appetite will not go over the edge if you follow these ideas.

Your body uses food as it is taken and stores it as it is witheld. It’s not the quantity of food you eat in a day that matters. What matters is the frequency of the meals you eat. This is the reason why you should eat more to lose 10 pounds fast . Have a large breakfast, snack through to lunch, snack in the afternoon and have a small meal at night. Go get something to eat now if you haven’t taken anything for the past three hours.
