Everyone seems to be talking about Rush Limbaugh dramatic weight loss lately. Say what you will, but even his detractors are amazed at how fast he’s lost the weight. For months, Rush would not tell his listeners how he was able to lose it so fast. I don’t know what his weight loss goal is. He could keep going and lose a lot more weight.

There were a lot of speculators on the Internet giving their opinions on how he did it. At one time, speculation was that he was sick. I heard others thought that Rush was using one of those Weight Loss trainers for the Stars.

Thank gosh Rush Limbaugh let everyone in on the secret to his rapid weight loss. It wasn’t magic or The Biggest Loser show either. As it turned out, it was no secret to his weight loss. Turns out he used a weight loss program known as Quick Weight Loss Centers. It’s a program that gives you prepared meals, kinda like NutriSystems. I’ve heard these advertised for a long time by different disc jockeys on the radio but have never tried them.

In Rush Limbaugh’s case, he said that it was a very complex procedure and didn’t want to go into the nuts and bolts of it|For months, Rush Limbaugh brushed off callers who wanted to know how he manged to lose so much weight. QWLC’s site states they use a holistic plan as well as weight managers to help their clients drop the weight. That’s good, especially when it comes to keeping the weight off long term.

Losing the weight is a lot easeir than keeping it off over time, or so the saying goes. As someone who’s been overweight, I can attest to that fact! So now everyone knows, what are we going to talk about now? The new season of the More To Love show?

As a side note, I’m betting there’s an endorsement deal in the works. Just look at how much buzz he’s created so far for Quick Weight Loss Centers. Just think of all the PR he’ll create by talking about his weight loss now.
