The idiot proof diet is a strictly diet handbook that claims that they can help you lose 9 pounds every 11 days. Not just the very first 11 days, but EVERY 11 days. Is it real? Does the idiot proof diet truly work?
I was pretty skeptical when I first heard if from my brother.
However after having to search for something that works without having to kill myself in the diet, I went ahead. This weight loss diet handbook is a 11 days diet that you will be able to keep continuing in order to lose the weight. So now, after the first cycle of the idiot proof diet, here is my idiot proof diet reviews.
Did the weight loss diet work? Did I Lose 9 Pounds?
Even though I didn’t lose exactly 9 pounds but it was really close. I dropped 8.3 pounds through the 1st cycle of the idiot proof diet. I even started seeing results within days of the diet.
The weight loss guide is really easy to understand as there is no complicated rules or procedures to follow. Besides that, I didn’t have to pay additional money for any other programs or equipments besides the.
The food on the diet is easily found and best of all, I could find food that don’t need much cooking so I could get my meal ready in less than 5 minutes.
Diet…Is there a need to starve myself in order to lose weight?
When I speak to my friends about my new diet secrets, they wiould start questioning me if there was a need to go hungry and how impossibly unattainable that would be.
In this particular diet however, there isn’t any need to starve. And…you will get to eat 4 meals per day! Yes, when you eat more meals per day, your body will be kept constantly working on the food from the meals. This increases the metabolism rate in your body, thereby helping you burn more calories than before.
After that, the next question…what are the types of fodd we needed to shun?
Of course you can’t be stuffing yourself with deep fried chicken wings everyday and still expect to lose weight. However, you will still get to eat your favourite food before the second round of the idiot proof diet. I will tell you more about that in awhile.
Now, you will even get to eat your carbo. You will have the choice from a range of food like meat, which I can’t live without, cheese, eggs and definitely fruits and vegetables. This idiot proof diet ensures that you lose weight without hurting your health. Hence, you don’t have to worry that you might end up in the doctor’s office for the lack of nutrients.
Alright..Here’s the Exciting Part
You know how you can never stay on one diet for too long? In the end, you will be craving for food that you can’t have. Yes, it is a fact that when you have something that you cannot have, you will only want it more.
I’ve been on so many diets and failed so many times simple because I would try to last as long as I can without certain food or following certain diet. However, after a month or so, I would give up as the results usually do not come fast enough and I just can’t find enough reasons to keep on a diet that needs me to give up all my favourite food for a tiny bit of weight loss!
Here is the best part of the diet. Once the 11 days of diet is over, you will get to enjoy 3 “cheat” days from the diet. While you are on the 3 days of cheat, you will be able to eat ANYTHING you want. I am currently in the break right now and I am loving it!
Will I End Up Putting Back My Weight During the 3 Days Break?
If you had followed the diet guide well, your body will already be attuned to burning more calories than you normally do so no matter what you eat, it is burning lots of calories off your body.
Also, during the 3 days of cheat in the diet, I didn’t crave much for unhealthy food, I actually craved quite a lot for fruits. Perhaps the diet had changed altered my habits. In addition, I did not seem to have too much appetite, perhaps due to the habit of eating 4 times a day, my appetite shrunk.
My good friends joined me in the diet and it worked superb for us. We did not end up gulfing down on unhealthy food as we didn’t have to starve ourselves during the diet. We did eat till we were satisfied and when the break came, it just allowed us to indulge in the food we love so that we wouldn’t end up bingeing on them like what people normally do at the end of a long diet.
So, the 3 days cheat is an absolutely fantastic aspect of the idiot proof diet…especially so for someone like me. I really don’t have lots of self-discipline so usually, I end up cheating in all the diets I had been on.
This is the first diet that I could go through without the urge to cheat. I sailed through the idiot proof diet and lose weight without much effort on my part!

One reason why I didn’t have to cheat was the fact that they didn’t have strict rules like you can only eat this or that today. They give you much flexibility and allow you to make your own choice depending on your preference.
Plus….you will be able to have night snacks!
Yes! I was so amazed that I almost shouted out in joy when I saw that. I’m the sorta person that stays up late every night and those normal diet would have me growling in hunger. I would be so hungry that I can’t even get to sleep properly. I would normally end up so hungry that I would get up in the middle of the night and wolf down whatever I find in the fridge, usually eating more than I should.
And…You get to drink wine!
I’m sorry if I got you thinking that you can drink bottles of beer each day. You will get to enjoy some drinks. However, it will not be much. A glass of wine each day would be alright.
Is this not a totaly cool diet?!

The diet handbook consists of really simple rules that even beginners will be able to follow and start losing weight immediately. This is an absolutely idiot proof diet.
